Tamiksha Singh is manager, Climate Finance, with the Climate Resilience Practice program at World Resources Institute India. Here, she works on conceptualizing and developing programs and project concepts at the subnational level in India, for funding from various climate finance sources, through a range of financial instruments.

With an interdisciplinary background in economics, finance and sustainable development, Tamiksha has ten years of experience, including six years focused on applied research in climate finance and climate policy. In her previous role, Tamiksha was a project lead for climate finance at The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), where she contributed to research and capacity building in the field of climate finance, governance frameworks, national and international climate policy discourse.

Tamiksha is an economics graduate and holds an MBA from Nirma University, Ahmedabad and an MSc in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris. She has also completed a certificate course in renewable energy finance and is currently pursuing a certified training for adaptation finance, both from the Frankfurt School – UNEP Collaborating Centre for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance.
